“Spanish Girl” — Current Friend Lead

UnverifiedReviewed 25 August 2026. Independent base.en and small.en ASR passes agree that Daniel uses “Spanish girl” for a friend he says he has known since the previous year. No reviewer directly heard the audio, and her identity, residence, and nationality remain unverified.

“Spanish girl” is Daniel’s apparent label for a current unnamed friend, not a nationality finding by this wiki. The only detailed reviewed source is a member-gated 2026 stream processed through offline speech recognition. No authenticated public account or independent statement from the other person has been located.

At 01:37:34–01:39:41 in why I quit YouTube, independent offline-ASR passes using two model sizes render the phrase “Spanish girl” three times. The machine text portrays Daniel as saying they had been friends for nearly a year, had met a few times for walks, and were only friends. It also renders him describing a recent request to meet.

Location disclosure and the hours-away claim

Section titled “Location disclosure and the hours-away claim”

At 01:38:37–01:39:10, both ASR models render Daniel saying that she still believed he lived in Devon because he had not told her he moved. He then appears to say he might meet if she drove halfway, but that he would not drive roughly five hours merely to see a friend.

That supports a narrow allegation that Daniel withheld his updated location and described a substantial driving burden. It does not establish where she lived, that five hours was an exact one-way distance, which route or starting point he meant, or that a meeting occurred. The wiki therefore avoids strengthening “did not tell” into a more specific lie than the machine-rendered account supports.

  • Machine-rendered self-account: Daniel appears to use the label, describe a roughly year-long friendship, prior walks, location nondisclosure, and travel time.
  • Not directly heard: every speech point still requires a human listener.
  • Community allegation only: that the person lives in the UK.
  • Not established: her name, public account, nationality, residence, exact distance, a completed new meeting, or a romantic or sexual relationship.
