Overview
The Mila relationship dominated May 2020. The Netherlands trip was reinstated early in the month after an earlier cancellation, and the Dutch travel ban was extended to June 15. Daniel considered entering anyway and booked a ticket around May 20. By May 27-29 Mila canceled and decided against a romantic meeting. Daniel reports heartbreak, unfollowed her, and rejected a platonic friendship.
After the breakup, Daniel reports changes: removing videos featuring Mila, ceasing Discord use, limiting Twitter, not filming romantic interests unless they already have a public online profile, halting posts of women on the channel, daily dumbbell exercise, and a future Japan trip once tourist entry reopens.

Income shifted toward diversification. YouTube performance and subscribers declined, with $176 YouTube income reported. Teespring merchandise grew, and an OnlyFans account at $10 per month earned over $1,300 and 96 subscribers in about eight days. Daniel plans fewer uploads, less filler, and less drama and clickbait.
Alleged harassment and misuse of private material recur. A subscriber allegedly sent OnlyFans images to Daniel's mother with false claims, subreddit trolling and doxxing are alleged, and Tomoko allegedly shared sexting screenshots with a British creator. Daniel pursued DMCA action.
Reflective videos cover loneliness and a view that only a relationship with a woman aged 22 to 30 would remedy it, disinterest in male friendships, a past Japan obsession and burnout, adolescent fear of girls, the marriage to Chihiro and affairs, and the death of his father a year earlier.

Uncertainties & gaps
Mila's actual reasons for ending the relationship are unclear (harassment of her friends, Reddit attention, lack of romantic feeling, or friends' influence), as is Daniel's precise status with her and the Swedish woman's role.
Source recordings (2)
Whether Daniel could have entered the Netherlands under travel restrictions, with a declaration form or as a UK traveler, and whether officials would check a claim of visiting a sick relative, was unresolved.
How the OnlyFans images reached Daniel's mother, whether relatives believed the claims, and whether subreddit activity comes from one person or many remain unknown.
Whether the Seoul call girl account is factual is unclear given the opening disclaimer that it is fictional.
Source recordings (1)
Daniel's self-questioning about whether his feelings were love or loneliness, and whether he might be depressed, autistic or narcissistic, is unresolved and not a diagnosis.
Source recordings (2)
Future plans were undecided: the Discord server, Japan/Korea travel, YouTube output, and when Japan reopens to tourists. Whether Mila would have met without being filmed is also unclear.
Open questions include whether Dylan the Hacker died by suicide or staged a hoax, whether a former girlfriend cheated, who leaked Discord information, whether YouTube blacklisted the channel, how to read Madame Moselle's characterization of the original video, the reasons for Daniel's Japan obsession and length of stay, and whether the Rainbow Six parallels are coincidence.
