Blah blah blah blah blah. Lovely, lovely shave-o. Hello and welcome back to my wife's apartment. So I have a bit of a confession to make. I haven't been 100% honest with you guys. Me and my wife actually got back together again, and I didn't make a YouTube video announcing it to everyone on YouTube. And for that, I am sincerely sorry. There were a few reasons why I couldn't tell anyone about me and my wife getting back together again, and I had to be a little bit patient in order to get what I wanted. But you know how everyone says patience is the road to understanding, and that is the key to a happy heart? Well, it's also the key to a brand spanking new spouse visa. Check out that bad boy. Look what Daniel got from immigration. A 1-year spouse visa. They're a bit stingy, they only give me 1 year every time, even though it's my second time renewing my spouse visa. I would have expected them to give me two years or maybe five years. They give other foreigners five years just because they have babies. So I don't deserve more than a year just because I didn't squirt a baby into my wife's belly. I think that's a little bit unfair. So if we backtrack all the way to when my wife found out that I cheated on her again, I was living in an Airbnb with the L O V E D O L L for about a week, maybe more than a week after we had that massive argument and. We separated for a little bit, and that was not a fun time. I really didn't like living all by myself in an Airbnb. I was absolutely miserable, and I decided that I wanted my wife back, and I wanted to stay in Japan instead of going to all these other countries like Thailand or Vietnam. Um, so I did some major apologizing and begging in order to fix the marriage and get her back. Somehow, I managed to convince her to forgive me, but I had to agree to some conditions set by her. Number 1, I had to promise not to cheat ever again. That was quite easy to do. Number 2, I had to agree to showing her my phone and my private messages whenever she requested that I show them to her. So if you're a girl and you've private messaged me, And you sent me some naughty pictures, then my wife has seen them and she's not very impressed with them. Sorry about that. I also had to agree to not making a video announcing that we're back together again straight away because she was worried that her family and her friends would find out that we're back together again, and she didn't want them to know because she told them everything about what I did and they told her not to get back together with me. And they hate me, and they know my channel. And she was worried that they would think less of her if they found out that she forgave me after everything I did. And I didn't really want to make a video announcing that we were back together again straight away because, well, even after we got back together again, things were kind of unstable, and we were still having a lot of arguments. And I didn't want to make a video announcing that we're back together again only to have to announce that we broke up again the next week. We had so many arguments after we got back together, and there were even a few times when I nearly walked out again because she was constantly screaming at me. And if I made videos ranting about all of these arguments, it would have just made things a lot worse. And I was trying to fix and repair the marriage. If I made videos, it would have just made it harder to repair the broken relationship. So I had to prioritize my marriage and my visa over being completely open on YouTube, and I hope you understand that. It just would have been silly to announce that we're back together again and then make the next video about how we had another argument and that we broke up again, and then we got back together again, and then we had another fight and broke up again. I think it's getting a little bit repetitive, and I don't really want my entire channel to be all about me and my wife fighting and then getting back together again. It's, it's just kind of silly. Some people might be thinking that I lied about it, and I disagree because I told everyone the truth on Discord. And if you tell the truth before you get caught, then that cancels out the lie. It's not my fault that you're not a member of my Discord server. I link it on nearly every video and it's easily accessible to anyone. It's not like I was keeping it a top, top secret. I just didn't tell people on YouTube until now. Well, I hope that explains everything, and I hope you're not too upset. My wife had her reasons, and I had my reasons, and a promise between friends means never having to give a reason. And I think we are all friends here, aren't we, Mr. and Mrs. Fishy Fish? Yes, Daniel, we love you! Oh, I love you too! Hello and welcome back to a brand new episode of Cooking with Daniel. Today we're going to be making something very special. It's a combination of a steak and a pizza. I like to call it the steatza. That's just a clever wordplay combining the words steak and pizza. So for the ingredients, we have Little tiny green onions. Tomato puree. Bacon— well, it's not actually bacon, it's Japanese bacon, which technically is ham, because for some reason Japan can't tell the difference between bacon and ham. We also have grated cheese and our steak. I hate it when they put these stupid green— stupid green pieces of plastic in all of the food in Japan to make it look like it's healthy. I don't want a piece of green plastic in my food. Anyway, so to make it look more like a pizza, what we're going to do is we're going to shape this steak into a pizza slice using a knife. And it's going to go like this, so we want a flat edge at the top, and then we'll just slice it into— can you see? Slice it into a triangle shape. We don't need these bits, you can feed it to your dog or your cat. So here we have a nice pizza-looking slice. Okay, so the plan is instead of using pizza bread, we're going to use a steak and then put the toppings on top of the steak. I think it's pretty straightforward. And to make sure the steak cooks evenly, we're going to make some cuts across the surface so the heat gets to the centre, and it also stops the steak from curling up. We want the steak to be flat. Next, turn on your fire. And your extractor fan. Wait for it to heat up, and then we're going to just toss our steak straight in there. After it's been cooking for a few minutes, flip it over gently. Look at that beautiful steak! Okay, now that it's finished cooking, take it out of the frying pan. Now the bad news is we've kind of lost our triangle pizza shape, but that's okay, we will continue with the plan. Okay, so now we have to transform the steak into a pizza, and we do that by first adding tomato puree as a base. And then we just smear that on top. Strips of bacon. Look at that, look at that! So now we have to put it into the oven. Get the spatula. I've got it, I've got it, I've got it! Don't worry, I'm Place it into the oven. You just have to roast it. Okay, so the steak has finished cooking, so transfer it onto a plate. Wow, that looks pretty good! And as you can see, the cheese has melted, the bacon has cooked, the onions are crispy. We're going to give it a taste. It smells good. It looks good. Let's see if it tastes good. Hmm. Hmm. Oh. Oh wow! I know this was a stupid idea, but. It actually tastes really good. The tomato puree complements the steak exquisitely, and the cheese and the bacon— oh, it just adds all these different dimensions of flavor. I really do recommend that you give this a try. The steak, ladies and gentlemen.
